Thank you again for the interest information.

I have talked with individuals who have spent time in China. Granted,
they were only there for 3 weeks to 3 months maximum.

There are, I am told, many differences in customs, and what is considered "normal" behavior. I'm not saying that one is right or one is wrong. Just different.

The one thing everyone who has been to China in the last 5 years has
commented on is the amount of construction. "They are building something everywhere you look." is a common phrase. Even in some
outlying areas, not just in the major cities.

Personally, I'm not a fan of large cities. I would LOVE to visit
the Siberian tiger preserve up north in Mongolia. Siberian tigers,
while bigger than bengal tigers, are more even tempered. I've
only had the pleasure of meeting one, but she was very easy to get
along with.

Pardon my rambling, but China fascinates me.

Regards,

Doug
