I always look at my yield on cost... the temptation since I am still in a fairly aggressive mode is that when yield on cost rises a lot and rapidly I lock in the cap gains.. Not saying this is best for anyone.. but I'm still at a point where rapid capital growth is important.. not just preservation and income.. tough balancing act at times... actually always LOL
