Not according to his interview on a Progressive radio station last night. He went through his whole interpretation of why the economy is as it is and what should be done.He expects Obama to do it. Basic thesis.. Go back to what FDR did to bring us out of the depression. Spend more money to create jobs and make this county's infrastructure better. Update it before it crumbles which it is likely to do and is more expensive. Once jobs are created by the government people will have more faith that the economy is recovering and spend and we will work out way out of the huge deficit... Also the WAR. Get our troops home and stop the military spending. Simplifications on issues which most discuss here so far over my head that I am lost but basically I agree with Soros.
