It's a negligent misrepresentation suit and Kaplanis is seeking to open the books. Good chance he was in the $4 placement. The only way it doesn't badly damage JBI is if it's delayed past the point JBI ceases to exist on it's own merit or settles. There's a lot more to the separate DE/NV JBI corporations than anyone really knows yet. The Frank Coy piece is huge to the overall puzzle. Minimum wage? I don't think they issue PR's for minimum-wage hires.
