Steve, seniors won't be getting their Social Security cost-of-living adjustment this year. That's twice in a row.

What is the typical percentage for that increase these days? Approx. 2%? Seeing that SS checks average about $1072/month (according to the AP), that translates to around $21.44 per month.

Yet many seniors are howling mad about this, that they won't get an extra $20 a month to help pay for rising costs of whatever.

$20/month, and they're acting like it's the difference between abject poverty and a barely sustainable lifestyle.

P.S. - To all you libtards who think I'm insensitive and have it rich and easy, bring it on! Maybe you guys can send an extra $20/month to your parents or some other senior who needs it.
