MIke, Glad to see you back. I don't particularly care to debate the SI bill of rights, but if you've done your penace or whatever..., you can certainly provide some insights to this thread and debate the other stuff later.... Here's one for ya: How about all those secondary stock purchasers? Wouldn't one expect some talk of a class action suit? I know that if I'd have bought a secondary, and 1 month later it's 35% lower, I'd have some serious questions. They sure moved it up fast to get a premium secondary, now it coming down just as fast. PS: Kovich probably won't be back. He hyped this stock unmercifully. He also hyped ENBC, and look where that is now, too.
