It has nothing to do with me.. You didn't see that it was San Diego based? Is this board ever going to be on topic again? Said to see so many good people from the past gone and newbies come here and try to post something relevant but get completely ignored and don't come back either. Maybe just change the name to 'Formerly about the Residential RE Crash Index' and stick a fork in it<ng>
