A painful joke. I will never do another for a buyer. I would do one to help a seller.

I felt terrible because the kids did not need a short sale, but it was a good condo and a good price, and people said they had gotten them through in a couple of months.

Boy, those of us inside real estate see crazy shit everywhere.

What really has me flummoxed is that financial people are saying the fed is going to try to push down mortgages to 2.5% with more QE.

How is that going to jive with 30 year record high commodities like meat and corn? Obviously a wave of inflation is hitting us right in the stomach, yet we all know QE is inflationary. I think we know that-lol?
