With the current trend for FPGA - the will be room for all FPGA
makers. XLNX, ALTR had lead the way, ACTL should follow soon.
Relatively speaking ACTL is a better choice at the current price.

My short term target is 17, long term is 20-21 (by earning date)

I expect to perform very well this quarter due to its involvement in
FPGA and I think this is the year for FPGA to boom - stay tune!
