The PSG-KNH merger announcement is supposed to be imminent, perhaps even by the end of this week. I do not know the reason for the delay, but if it is in the hands of lawyers...need I say more. It is an event that does need shareholder approval, and we should be hearing soon if it is to completed in this calander year.

It certainly is taking quite a while. However, the two companies, KNH and PSG are not idle.
