Can't stick to the facts... there are NONE! And their EDGAR filing is LATE. Sure we can expect it in 10 days but if history repeats itself, we'll be waiting much longer. sec.gov DVBC put almost $1M for 51% of the company? What kind of hi-tech company is worth only $2M. Of course they ain't really paying $1M, they're just giving away some of that over-inflated stock. It was in the high $2's just a few days ago, and now it goes for $4!
