If the banks had a good sstem for short sales they could have avoided a lot of this. The two short sales I am involved in the buyer's made offers near or at appraisal, are doing all repairs and the bank is only paying 1% of sellers closing costs.

Yet we are five months into both deals and still do not have either of them closed. And now realtors are refusing to do them.

I know I have done my last short sale.
