If one reads the News and BK court filings, the Chem Rx management is remaining in place and Pharmerica is going to back them financially while also bringing Pharmerica's efforts into Chem Rx's existing market area. I don't think that Chem Rx's people or the BK judge/creditors would agree to all this if their stock was getting canceled. This is all happening in your bailiwick, why not take a day off and visit Chem Rx to check it out..?!? .
