You're absolutely right that gold has been a loser for many many years. But the two laws that don't change are (1) the law of "regression toward the mean" (things go in cycles) and (2) human psychology (the urge to buy stocks when they are too high, and sell them when they are too low, even though we KNOW it should be the other way around. Gold will go up, and the further it goes down in the meanwhile, the closer we are to the bottom. I feel it will be soon.
