LOL! You sound like a bleating lost sheep bawling for Mama! I guess you are really offended by the KING JAMES bible, eh?! :-)

Would you like me to scour the internet for a softer carder? HA!

We can come back to the gang-rape incident later, but for now why don't we address one point at a time. I will leave aside the fact that you are obviously uneducated in theology and I will politely ask you to elaborate on your moral perspective with this thread.

"I have no problem saying that what they did was wrong."

If these were evil kids--as wicked as can be imagined--that does not make the father blameless, does it? He is called Righteous and Just. The bible says nothing about him being STUPID. Do you think Lot was a good person and his kids were the evil people??

Now, if his kids had FORCED him to drink himself into a drunken stupor, he would have known about that--wouldn't he have?? So leaving the gang rape incident aside (please do so and be truthful for once): Is the father blameless for this incest? Is he blameless for this rape? Do you place all the evil upon the young daughters?

If they did not force him to drink himself into a stupor--then how do you whitewash his part in this terrible incest and rape? Leave aside your personal attacks and your childish reactions for the moment (if you can). This is about a substantial character in the bible. Do you think he was a just and righteous father? Or do you think he was a criminal?? These are questions that all people seeking an honest faith in a prominent religion would need to ask themselves. Is Lot blameless for this incest and repeated rape over 48 hours of debauchery--or is he merely misunderstood??

If someone in your neighborhood today tried to evade justice by claiming that his daughters had drank wine with him on TWO CONSECUTIVE nights and raped him on both of those nights--but he was unaware that he was having incest with them at the time...would you defend him like you defend Lot?? Would you put the blame on the two kids and absolve the adult/father?

I think the question is extremely pertinent. I think you owe this thread an answer after all your moralizing and crowing. Let us wait and see if your response is sincere and honest--or if it is just a vicious spewing of hatred...such as we have become accustomed to from you.

Waiting...
