Desired sites will have Daytime Office Populations of at least 10,000 white collar workers. Evening residential populations should have a minimum of 150,000 people within 5 miles and have a 2 mile median family income in excess of $ 50,000.
Heavy emphasis will be placed on highway and Downtown Neighborhood locations in Northern New Jersey and Long Island. |
