Check Please!!! I have heard and seen enough. There were some interesting articles in Barron's this week on the deflationary pressure of the Asian companies on the North American markets. I had not believed that this would have had this much of an impact on WDC. The pricing pressure appeared to be a one time event, I am not so sure anymore. The chart seems to indicate that the next strong resistance is at 12, which does not seem that unlikely with the significant pricing pressure at hand. Many are blaming management of WDC. I don't believe they saw this coming, nor do they know the long term deflationary risks that the asian products could have on them. Risk seems to high for me. Got stopped out this morning. Wish you all the best of luck, this one really hurt. P.S. Vanni and others-contradictory opinions, based on both facts and some intuitive logic (as long as it can be explained) is what these channels are all about.
