Jin Chun, There is an acquisition that is in the process for a California location. I believe it is in San Francisco. It is my understanding the Miami office, that should be opening in December or January, is a new office not an acquisition. The indication that I got from the gentleman that I talked to at Wescott, was that it would be feasible for FAMH to move to NASDAQ. He indicated that it would just take some time to get the share price up to the necessary level. Of course that is just his opinion. Cheryl
