Currently Ascend is very far away from chapter 11 and the problem so far has mostly been that the yearly growth rate has come down from 200+ % to less then 40%. This let some air out of a incredibly inflated Ascend share price bubble. When Bay Networks was loosing or not winning any money this spring its price/sales ratio dropped below 2. If the same thing happened to Ascend due to really deteriorationg business the equivalent price would be about $10 per share of Ascend. Andreas
