Allan F - I looked into CDRD as a short a couple of months ago. They own a chunk of spectrum set aside for subscription satellite radio, as you said. They don't yet have the resources to implement this technology.

I personally believe subscription radio will never sell. Unfortunately, not everyone thinks like me. This is not a short where you know they will come up soon with lacking earnings and tank. They have admitted that they will not have earnings for a long time. This is a concept stock and as such it is dangerous. People can buy it on the belief in their vision, or on the belief that they will get a lucrative offer for their spectrum chunk. I just don't see when the other shoe is going to suddenly drop and devalue this stock.
