Frank & Tim:

Symantec sold Formflow product for $100 Mill. in payments of $25m over 4 years. This was a good move but shows again that this management group does not know what it is doing.

Look for more Firesales down the road. Their Norton Admininistrator product has very high overhead and poor revenue.
