You doubt what specifically? The idea that wind power will not be cost competitive without subsidies (broadly defined)? What makes you doubt that? About the only good reason I can think of is the belief that fossil fuel prices will shoot up like crazy, but if that happens that still doesn't necessarily mean that a lot of wind power is the way to go. Nuclear will also become more cost competitive, and it does a much better job in terms of supplying base load power.
