Low rates are so 2008-ish. We are talking the second major
printing effort, size unknown at the moment. If we know Ben,
he will probably do what the market expects, and more! -ng-

However, if he does prove to be tough all of a sudden, these
markets will quickly reverse ill gains made in the last month
or so -g-
