Interesting info! While your theory is appealing, good news or bad should be independent of the number of shares outstanding. What is galling about Legacy is how they go about giving information. It is never complete and raises more questions than answers. I have been averaging down since I initially purchased at 2.53! My current average price is $.66. Like you, I believe most of the bad news is out there and one should hang in. But you should read the press release on the Legacy home page that details an interview with the Wall Street Journal to see that it is possible there may not be an end to bad news. Killins has stated that the outlook is good, but so far there have not been many sales of the Vast technology. In the handout I received today for the annual meeting, it is worth noting that management wants to lower the price for stock options to $.44. Unless I'm mistaken, and please correct me if I'm wrong, this is not a very encouraging sign. If you have any more info, please post.
