Peter--I should have gotten back to you sooner. Sorry! I checked out PEGA, you are right the news does look very sexy short side on it. I love delayed earnings reports and the restated earnings are good too. I think it should be good for about 6 points based on the fundamentals. This thing has made a profit the past four years every quarter. If they fail to meet the downgraded earnings it will be a lovely short indeed. Have a care though, do you know the reason the accountants are raising a fuss? I shorted VVUS a while back and it was utterly lovely. One of those in retrospect one wishes the mortgage money and the kitchen sink had been thrown at it too. I quit at the perfect time (a rare coup for me). I would wait a bit to hit it right now. It is starting to show its canine genetics but it may be a while before you get a big tank. All the Best Druss
