At what point does more QE become detrimental?

The events that are transpiring around us seem surreal.

There is major pain across the United States and Europe, according to virtually every metric that exists, yet Wall Street sees and projects a far different reality just ahead.

Consider the "major pain" players...

- widespread bankruptcies
- corporate bailouts
- government ownership of corporations (fascism)
- excessive stimulus
- quantitative easing
- currency devaluation
- home loan defaults
- foreclosures faster than banks can sign the paper work
- massive unemployment
- significant erosion of purchasing power
- significant loss of home values
- austerity
- riots
- anemic growth
- fears of deflation
- fears of inflation
- fears of hyperinflation
- bullshit Ben buying stocks and bonds
- bullshit Ben printing trillions of worthless clownbucks
- downgrades of sovereign debt credit ratings
- states facing defaults/bankruptcies
- massive debt
- untenable debt-servicing costs
- active currency wars
- pending trade wars
- constant lies and deceit from the government

...and the list goes on and on.

These are all signs of a very unhealthy and destitute system.

Yet, despite all of this, Wall Street, as though in a mass euphoria, parties like it's 1999. The utter disconnect between what we are witnessing on Main Street and on Wall Street is nothing short of incredible.
