Gary
I asked you a couple of questions yesterday about the reality of an acquisition. Thanks for your comment. I wanted to follow up on what you said, but I had to go out.

I guess my biggest problem with the acquisition scenerio is the trading price. You suggested the price would be in excess of $45. Who is going to realistically pay more than twice the market price for any acqisition? why would they? Your comments about the solid business outlook considered, the market today says the company can be had cheap. Can you give me one example of an acquisition that went for 200% of the market price? The buyer's shareholders would scream bloody murder! If a more normal premium is offered, everyone on this thread will scream bloody murder! It's Ok for Mory to dump a few shares for pocket change, but he won't sell out for $30 and that would be a 32%+ premium on today's price.

It just seems more likely that the price will have to go up about 15 points before everyone's interests have a chance to converge on an acceptable value.

Please give me your thoughts on this point.
Thanks.
