In addition to my previous post:
Just noted that the financials are upto June 30th so it doesn't include the World Series contract. So the money is slowly coming in (i hope). My concerns:
1. total shareholder equity (872,961) 2.5 times greaterloss of equity than last year.
2. SHares issued over 16.7 million an increase of 1.6 million from last year and more than six million since 1994.
3. Annual meeting is in Vancouver--why???
4. Anyone know who CEDE & Co. Bowling Green Station, NEW YORK NY are?? They owned over 9 million shares or 55% of the company.
