Nice to have you back. Montgomery sending prospectus. Somehow
I'm of the impression that the secondary is scheduled for Oct., I may have picked that up on the Motley Fool site. They can price it at anything the market will bear but by the way the stock is behaving I'd
say they've decided that it will be around $28, maybe then an announcement of faster expansion etc. to move price up.
