Neal, the answer is in 10K and also mentioned in this thread. Don't want to repeat it over and over again. Some hints for you, look at:

1) the UICC investment
2) the revenue distribution in 1995-1997.
3) ASP of OAKT's product which contributes more than half of its revenue.

One good thing is OAKT will very likely to remains profitable for FY98. But to move OAKT's stock price up, its new products like DVD-ROM controller, Mpeg2/AC-3 decoder, A/V chipset must sell as good as its CD-ROM controller.
