The "speech" of a corporation or union represents the POLICY of that entity, not the composite voices of the members of the entity. So, the argument that they are organizations composed of people is just totally bogus. No logic there at all. Are you REALLY an engineer? So, it is fair to assume that you think unions should not have any common voice, either, RIGHT? The voices of the "members" have a common interest. Which is the point. Freedom of Speech guarantees that the like-minded can band together to make their points. Based on you comments, it is apparent you have never even read the opinion.
