Ed: Information provided before is based on company information and Robertson Stephens analyst (Mr. Niles) most recent report dated on Oct. 17, 1997.

I followed RFMI for about 4 years now. At the time I bought my first shares of RFMI, it was mainly a high frequency clock company, Now clock is about 6% sale of RFMI (per company information). It is getting nowhere for more than a year now. Two main user of RFMI's clock, digital Equipment and Silicon Graphic, are in trouble themself.

The information about turn order is from Mr. Niles report. (How could a small investors like us get this information from any company? This is where I feel very strongly about RFMI and public company in general). This should have been a public information.

The growth of auto segment hitting the wall is based partly from analyst report and mostly from my own analysis. During the conference call, RFMI stated that current in US, about 50% new cars has equipped with remote keyless entry. I personally do not expect this figure to go much higher than this. The company has said for about a year about the competition from established companies (much larger) going into this market. And this product is one of those product that almost everyone can make (per 10 Q), No entry barrier! The competition is becoming much a problem now is my interpretaion of analyst's report.
