Rudi................................................. Phillips released the announcment in late Sept. It was not picked up by Dow Jones or Reuters at that time. SIGM until today had not received the ok from Phillips to put out its own press release. That is what you saw today, Sigma's version. We saw the same result though...neither Dow nor Reuters picked up the release.
