[GTE/BT and Christmas miscellaneous] ft.com That's for an article in FT on the fallout from the MCI/WorldCom merger. The author suggests BT may look at GTE now. As for Christmas, check out: e-christmas.com It's an international boutique of Christmas gifts co-sponsored by Microsoft, HP, VISA, and UPS, to introduce European businesses to Internet commerce. I plan to do as much shopping there as I can. Good-bye crowded malls! Thanks for the Wagonwheel Farms link, too. Looks like a good gift idea for that impossible-to-please name on your list. BTW, which will deploy ADSL first, the ILEC or CLEC? Just curious. :) Pat
