Quan,
Don't think how low you can buy. Buying at 60-50-40-30 were all bargains. Buy when the market turns-looks like a bear to me. Buy when the sector turns. What will happen to ASND and COMS if CSCO dumps down too, what if it breaks 77 1/2?
If you buy, hedge with cheap calls, and place a stop.
