Actually, listing is probably a few months down the road. After
the S-1 is accepted and Franklin returns to full reporting status
(should be within a couple of weeks), they will probably apply
to get Nasdaq listing (not sure if it will be small cap/national)
soon after the S-1 is accepted. I am just guessing that they
may wait 1 or 2 months after the S-1 is accepted to apply, but
this is just a guess.

On a sidenote, I spoke with the company today. It sounds like
things are going very well and that the exposure from the CT show
is starting to pay dividends. I guess the only thing left is to
be patient. I have a feeling that after the S-1 is accepted, we
may hear something about an alliance with a company that has yet to
be revealed. This is pure speculation on my part and should not
be considered fact by anyone. Its just a feeling I get from
piecing together some comments from some of my recent
conversations. Just call it a prediction, nothing more.
