To: All Thread Participants,

Does anyone have an idea or opinion on what ( if any) shareholder involvement is required if/ and / or when a merger with the CVIA shell takes place?

By this I mean , do the CVIA shareholders have to vote to approve the merger for it to officially to take place? ( If the merger opportunity presents itself!).

This is only speculation on my part, but if there is a share consolidation or share roll-back, would that have any bearing on shareholders that have ordered their certificates for registration before a share consolidation or rollback? ( If there ever is such an activty or situation!).

Finally, before any company on the NASDAQU B.B. can complete a share consolidation or roll back, do the shareholders have to vote and approve such a decision, before the company can proceed?

Thank you in advance for your feedback!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
