So how come "eminent domain" does not apply to the Jewish possessions of WWII? I suspect most of what was taken from then was done "legally" at the time.

Incidentally, eminent domain, or otherwise theft of property by the state for the common good of the society applies only to (1) where the people you are taking it from are integrated into the society. (2) It does not remove their right of return. Furthermore, it applies to development of property for public use and not for resettlement. And finally, (3) when the property was stolen from the people, "Israel" as was then, did not have jurisdiction of those lands; the people it took it from were not its citizens.

Again, you give libertarians everywhere a bad name!
