Hey all, Has anyone looked at Ampex (Amex:AXC) lately. They closed today at 2 7/8. There is a very informative thread on SI. Ampex has existed for 50+ years in the video and high end data storage market. They exist now much smaller than they were a few years ago since turning pink... ...but have since generated consistent profits, have an extensive patent library and royalty stream, and some possibly big payoff R&D happening. Check them out and let me know what you think. 'R' BTW: the CEO purchased 150,000 share a couple of weeks ago at 3 1/8.
