How do you think losing those military bases would affect your state long term. And are you satisfied with schools that just barely get the job done?

I know this wasn't addressed to me but I'm going to answer anyway. Take the military bases away and as far as schools are concerned, since the schools are just "barely getting the job done" now, why not try sending them back to the States? The more local the schools are paid for and controlled the better the results I believe.
