Hi Dennis and all: This a great thread. Checking some others, one won't find such focus and on target reporting and help. Sometimes I've wondered into a few that I couldn't determine what the subject was after watching all kinds of commentaries that had nothing to do with the business at hand. Furthermore, there aren't any bruised egos operating. We're talking about our bread and butter here (we used to say). If one just scrolls back thru this one, he can get answers to most serious questions; and if not, someone will come along and provide it. Angler
