Wendy. What can we say. Your input is invaluable and we're all fortunate to have you here. Your posts are making us realize how it appears how critical we are at the expense of being objective? Hopefully, we are critical and objective.

Back to your post. Our question is: Is the evolution for the mass market in HTML authoring moving towards what Macromedia is doing with DreamWeaver or ultimately will HotMetaL (HTML intensive) prevail as the ultimate (preferred) standard. HoTMetaL 4.0, in our opinion should be the dominant product and we are convinced it is superior to FrontPage. The $1 million question is how do they get it from the best to the dominant. Perhaps, give it to Mitch Kapor (Lotus founder and retired, currently investor in Real Networks), put him on SWEBF's board. (He also lives in Cambridge). Remember what he did with Lotus 1-2-3 when Visicalc had virtually 100% market share and built Apple Computer. An idea.
