Ken, I am making a public reply because I believe that sharing this type of information is exactly what the computer learning thread is all about. After you finish typing your document, pull down the Format menu and select columns. Then select the 3 column layout and click "OK". If your printer supports duplexing, you can select that option when you print the document (File / Print / Printer Properties). If your printer does not support duplexing, here is a VBA macro that will help you. word.tips.net B.K.
