<<Evidently the China rare earth story was a bunch of hooey. bloomberg.com China had to say that to prevent repercussions. Watch what they do, not what they say. IN any event the possibility of their not exporting Rare earths hangs as a sword of damacles over everyones head and so becomes a national security concern.
