BK, many thanks for this help. Here's what it looks like I'll have to do. Now we produce the bulletin in single pages and take it to Kinkos where they put it together into four 8.5 x 11 pages. We want to condense this down to 3 columns per side of an 11 x 17 sheet and make it into a trifold single sheet. My printer will only handle 8.5 x 11 sheets. I don't mind cutting these into the narrower columns and doing an old fashion paste up, if that's what kinkos wants. Guess I need to check with them. Also, maybe I could produce the 3 column format and just send them the electronic file, not printing it here at all other than for proof reading purposes. Will your column format permit that idea?
