Thanks, once again. I've been experimenting with this all morning and found a way to combine the music from an Excel file and import it into Word. But, that is horribly awkward. I've printed out your recent instructions as they sound much more practical. There will be two of us involved in this so it needs to be pretty easy to handle.

I sure appreciate your help. I may be back in a day or so with more questions. I'll let you know how all this turns out.
