Did I say the Americans are any better? What I am saying is added to what is ongoing; including places like Brazil; it is all a big mess for the future. TJ, China is smart; ruthless; cunning; and the rest of the world better wake up. The post was not a slam, just a discussion of the ongoing commodity grab. US and the West is a part of the problem in their insane habit of overconsumption. We throw it out when it is no longer in style; we fix nothing. Everytime I go to my local dump I talk to the guys there and they are blown away with how much good and useable stuff gets trashed daily! As society; including government we must cut back; we cannot continue to spend at the levels we are; nor consume in such a way as well... Yet they are not teaching that to my kids in school; I do at home; do you all see this with your kids in school as well? Develop a business around this idea; it will be our future.
