The market is operating under implied consent, a non legal clause, whereby broken dealers are issuing stock......above that which is legally authorized to be outstanding....enabling price fixing, by arbitraging non legal quantity... That is malfeasance, its disconnecting share owners from the relationship between degrees of freedom within free market pricing and the self interest of the trade shenanigans ever present in market operations.
