Call it what you like the fact is the government is going to be deciding what treatment is available to you and which are not.

Completely false. You can save your money up and pay for whatever services you want. You're not limited by what the government pays. The government does decide what treatment is "available to you" but why in gawds name would you want it any other way? With today's science you would want to leave medical care in the hands of snake oil salesmen with no controls? That's insane.
