Huckabee's claim that only governments can censor is a lie.

"I will no longer accept interview requests from NPR as long as they are going to practice a form of censorship, and since NPR is funded with public funds, it IS a form of censorship," HUCKABEE said "

Obviously, censorship can be performed by:

1. Private companies
2. Individuals
3. Governments
4. Religious bodies

Huckabee is an enemy of freedom. He wants all power in our society consolidated into undemocratic organizations like News Corp and synagogues and churches (in that order).
